Hello, I’m Minet. I am a registered PACFA psychotherapist in Australia.
My own wellness journey began within a 12-step group as a participant seeking support for Depression during a significant life transition, several years ago.
Utilising art as a transformative tool, I navigated through profound experiences, fostering emotional healing along the way. I became fascinated by the workings of therapy and eventually transitioned into a facilitator role, channeling my growing interest in Psychologcal Science, which eventually became my field of study.
My professional path has encompassed roles in Disability Support and as an Art Psychotherapist coupled with valuable volunteer experience as a Griefline Volunteer (current) and in contexts involving Family and Domestic Violence, evolving into the realm of Psychotherapy. One of my great passions emerging from working in the NDIS space is providing psychotherapy to women exploring themes around “authenticity” and “identity” accompanying a new diagnosis’ of neurodiversity.
